Professors and curriculum developers, if you are seriously considering a Baker Academic title as a required textbook for your class, you are welcome to request a complimentary exam copy via this process (US only).

Desk Copies: If you are already using one of our books for your class and need a copy for your own reference, you may also request it via this process.

Non-Baker-Academic books from Baker Publishing Group: If you need to request an exam/desk copy from one of Baker’s other imprints (Brazos, Baker Books, Bethany House, Revell, Chosen), or a Lexham title, please log in to your professor account and then visit this page.

Instructor Account Verification Required

If this is your first request or it has been two years since we verified your account, we need to verify your employment as an instructor before sending a complimentary exam or desk copy. You will be able to track exam and desk copy requests as well as book purchases through your account. Your verification request will be confirmed within one to three business days.

You will be asked to verify your account with either
1. a link to your faculty web page or
2. a document that proves educator status (business card, faculty ID, etc.).

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Exam copies are limited to one copy per title, per professor.
  • Free exam copies are limited to US instructors only.
  • They are reserved for instructors with a class size of 10 or more.
  • Exam copy requests should include no more than 3 books per class.
  • Instructors are limited to 12 combined exam AND desk copies per calendar year.
  • Exam and desk copies are limited to titles with a list price less than $79.99.
  • Exam copies will be mailed with instructions about adoption reporting.
  • Requests are fulfilled at our discretion and are subject to approval.
  • We reserve the right to decline a request.
  • Exceptions to the terms above may be considered, but they must be communicated first before the request is fulfilled.
