Exam Copy Requests for High Schools

Baker Academic is able to provide appropriate textbooks for high school instruction to teachers considering using them as a required student textbook. However, high school teachers are not eligible for approval as verified instructors. High school teachers may request an exam copy for consideration through email.

1: Please email ExamCopy@BakerAcademic.com with the subject line “HIGH SCHOOL - [Name of Textbook] / [Name of High School]”.

2: CC an administrator at your high school who would be able to confirm that this book is being considered as a required student textbook. Emails without an administrator CC’d will not be approved.

3: Please include the following information in the body of the email:

• Book title(s) and print ISBN(s)
• Name of the high school
• URL of a faculty page confirming that you are a faculty member
• Name/grade of the class, along with average yearly enrollment
  
• Any information about the class, syllabus, etc., that could be helpful
  
• United States mailing address of the school
  

4: At the bottom of the email, please copy and paste the following statement:

"I affirm that I am considering this book for use as a required student textbook; if I choose to adopt this book, each student in my class will be required to use a copy of this book."

We are not able to provide exam copies for books that would only be occasionally used by students as resources or references; we recommend requesting your school library to source those.
