Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs will be refunded only in the event of an error by Baker Book House. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if we receive the package postage due.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or improperly sent, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged or defective product, please include photos of the packaging and the damage or defect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 business days, using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a preorder. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Orders
Please contact us at Help@BakerBookHouse.com if you would like to cancel part or all of an order. If an order appears as already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Preorders
When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment on preorders at checkout and then fulfill and ship the product when it's available.
You can cancel a preorder order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
